Pediatric Otolaryngology

Pediatric otolaryngology (Ear Nose and Throat - ENT) is an age specific field. The disorders of the infant and child in the head and neck area are diagnosed and treated. These of course include problems with the ears and such things as recurrent sore throat, but also include such things as congenital deformities, tumors, infections, sleep disorders, speech and language, as well as trauma. The Pediatric ENT group at Primary Children’s Medical Center is affiliated with the University of Utah. The group consists of Drs. Muntz (director), Park, Smith and Grimmer. Together they cover the entire range of diseases of the head and neck in children.
